CAPABILITY MAP

Korean industrial practice, organized for global technical teams.

This knowledge platform structures the evidence needed to discuss industrial electrical and automation faults, retrofit boundaries, commissioning and recovery with Korean field teams.

TECHNICAL SCOPE

Six evidence domains

The domains can support owner teams, OEMs, integrators and local contractors when responsibilities and acceptance authority are defined in advance.

AUTOMATION

PLC, HMI and SCADA

Asset and program identity, I/O evidence, communications, alarm and event chronology, change control, backups, rollback and operational handover.

ELECTRICAL

Panels and distribution

Source boundaries, one-line and field-label reconciliation, protection evidence, actual loads, isolation, functional tests and as-built records.

MOTION · PROCESS

Drives, motors and instruments

Trip sequence, motor and load data, signal-loop quality, calibration context, thermal and mechanical conditions, test limits and restoration evidence.

FUNCTIONAL SAFETY

Interlocks and hazardous energy

Hazard boundary, energy sources, safety input-logic-output chain, bypass control, proof-test records, restart inhibition and approval responsibility.

ENERGY STORAGE

BESS commissioning and recovery

AC/DC and auxiliary boundaries, BMS/PCS event alignment, thermal management, isolation, protection, quarantine and staged energization.

SEMICONDUCTOR

Fab facilities and tool release

Facility utilities, cleanroom state, tool interlocks, gas and chemical interfaces, material identity and staged area-tool-lot release evidence.

BEFORE TECHNICAL REVIEW

Prepare the boundary before asking for a solution

A clear evidence package reduces translation loss and helps Korean and overseas teams agree on the same equipment, event and decision point.

  1. System identitySite, line, equipment, model, serial, revision, drawings and operating mode.
  2. Problem evidenceExact symptom, first occurrence, alarms, logs, measurements, photos and process impact.
  3. Work boundaryWhat may be inspected, changed, isolated or tested; who owns each approval.
  4. Acceptance packageRequired tests, formats, as-left records, training, spares, rollback and follow-up.
Contractor verification remains separate.

Confirm legal registration, relevant automation experience, current operations, insurance, site access, safety qualification and named technical responsibility using current official and client-provided evidence.

RESPONSIBLE USE

A bridge for technical preparation

Use the platform to structure questions and records. Final design, protection, live work, safety validation, jurisdictional compliance and operational release require authorized project participants.
